Bat Survey
at the
Spilsby Sessions House
On Tuesday, August 27th, a team from JBA Consulting conducted bat surveys at Spilsby Sessions House and its associated outbuildings.
The primary objective was to determine if bats were roosting within the buildings by monitoring bat activity and observing any emergence from the structures.
The survey also recorded the commuting and foraging behaviour of bats around the site. To ensure comprehensive coverage, night vision cameras and bat detectors were employed, allowing the team to effectively monitor the area in low light conditions.
