The Mablethorpe Leisure and Learning Hub will see the building of a new purpose-built leisure facility that will help to improve physical and mental well-being for the community within the Mablethorpe area.

The new building will also provide digital learning opportunities, meaning local learners of all ages can take part in distance learning that will help them to gain skills for jobs and life skills too. The learning opportunities available will help people to develop their careers.

There will also be a café meeting place and recreational facilities, including a state of the art gym, immersive studios – purpose-built studios that use technology for a better user experience – and a new swimming pool.

This project will see the redevelopment of this key site close to the town centre, bringing more visitors into the town centre.
