This project will transform Skegness’ historic town centre through a programme of improvements.

The project will offer grants to building owners to invest in their buildings so that they can restore or improve there. And, the project team will also carry out work to improve the public realm and green spaces.

The type of work that will be carried out will include replacing signs, improving and repairing shop fronts, and making use of empty upper floors in building. And, there will also be improvements to the streets and surrounding area, making them more attractive and welcoming to locals and visitors.

There will also be work carried out to improve Tower Gardens that will complement the improvements in the town centre.
